Rule 50
Notice to be given
: (1) In case of an accident in the course of work, in case of injury or death due to the accident, the employer or his representative shall give the notice to the office within seven days. But there is no need to notify the office in case of an accident or injury that can be cured by first aid.
(2) When giving the notice according to sub-rule (1), the date, time, place, details of the accident, cause of the accident, name and address of the worker involved in the accident and the details of the hospital where the treatment was given must be disclosed.
